SPECIAL NOTE
Due to the current COVID 19 related circumstance - We highly recommend choosing the expedited shipping option upon check out. We unfortunately have noticed longer than normal delays when choosing regular shipping.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES
1) USA - 10 to 15 working days (tracking system available)
2) Rest Of the World - 10 to 15 working days (tracking system available)
The above time period is for normal situations. Sometime time can extend due to many reasons not under our control. Also time period varies from country to country.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. And it can vary based on shipment country and shipment carrier available for that country.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Bloom Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
If your product arrives damaged, but it does not appear that any packing is destroyed then please take good photos of the product and send it to us immediately for review. We can not promise a replacement but will notify our manufacture right away to resolve this.
If the packaging is badly destroyed and that has affected the product
Bloom Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
